Pre Shoot.

I wanted to make my frequent trips to The Lake District of use for my component 2 exam. It takes a lot of time to travel between places and make enough time to take photos. In the meantime, I will focus on creating Stage 1, largely focusing on maps and using Illustrator to record my journey. I want to use the darkroom for my maps as they make them look old and "historical". This links in with the pictures I am taking, including many old castles and locations.

During Shoots.

While trying to go through with my plan, I found trying to achieve all my goals was very difficult. I changed my plan to work with my situation better. I figured driving to nearby towns and locations may provide quicker and more efficient results in the time I had. I changed my plan from driving all around Cumbria to driving to 3 of the 5 districts: Allerdale, Copeland and Carlisle. Also, the towns in these districts are the most attractive in the county as I am provided with coastal landscaped and traditional architecture. Furthermore, a location I was excited to photograph was Hardknot Fort as it has a good link to my idea but the road to it is very dangerous and currently closed to the public.
